Embroidery

Embroidery is a two step process: setting up the embroidery file and stitching it out.

Setting up an embroidery file may involve using stock designs/lettering, custom designs/lettering or a combination of the two. Custom designs will incur a one time "digitizing*" setup fee. Small designs (less than 15k stitches) is $50. There is no additional charges beyond the regular stitch out cost to use a stock design unless editing is needed. *Digitizing: the art of changing a computer graphic file into an embroidery stitch file.

Embroidery uses solid thread colors (over 250 options) and frequently will outlast the garment. The stitchout price is based on stitch count as it’s indicative of machine time. Embroidery can be somewhat limited in detail and shading; think thick felt-tip marker. Good for any quantity (discounts available for higher quantities, e.g. 72+). Limited size for caps (max is about 2.25" but can be smaller due to the cap configuration) as it cannot get closer than about 1/4" to the bill unless embroidery is done pre-construction; cap sides and back also can be embroidered. Lighter-weight garments will have a difficult time supporting a lot of stitches. Lettering is limited to no smaller than about 1/4".

Design stitchouts have a minimum of $7.50 for up to 5000 stitches with each additional 1k stitches are priced at $1 each.
